- Liaise with facility management vendors, stakeholders, and third parties.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office leases.
- Manage financial and human resources inquiries for all office equipment to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
- Manage office G&A budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- 5+ years of experience in Office Management, Secretarial or Administrative.
- Ideally coming from a Services, Legal, or Government background.
- Possess a strong understanding of Indonesian law and regulations.
- Clear boundaries of Office Management inquiries and Secretarial inquiries.
- Global team exposure.
- Wide authority and opportunity to grow in HR and Finance.
